I’ve been getting a number of emails recently, like the one below, about problems with a ZIM download of the Library.

“I downloaded the whole ZIM archive to be used with Kiwix. Downloaded the whole 200gb+. The Zim file opens, but when you go to look under the different book categories the PDF files don’t show up like they do on your website.”

I remember speaking with someone a while back who wanted to build such a file but don’t know anything about it other than that. I didn’t create it and have no knowledge of it other than that someone was talking about building it.

I do know that the files on the site here download properly as do the .ZIP files in each Category. I’m afraid I can’t tell you much about the ZIM download or how to fix problems with it.
